CT Amaranth Scholarship
The Grand Court of Connecticut, Order of the Amaranth awards scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each at our Annual Grand Court Session held in March. Amaranth members of this Grand Jurisdiction, children and grandchildren of Amaranth members of this Grand Jurisdiction, and members, majority members, majority members and senior members of Masonic affiliated youth organizations in this Grand Jurisdiction are eligible to apply.
For consideration, each applicant must submit the following to the scholarship chairman. Be advised of the postmark due date on the current year application.

A Scholarship Application

A personally written letter describing and listing organization participation, outside activities, educational objectives, family status and any other pertinent information as outlines on the application.

Copy of applicant’s School Transcript and notification of acceptance, if applicable.

Two letters of recommendation, one from clergy of the applicant’s church or synagogue or a member of the Order of the Amaranth, and the second from someone familiar with the applicant’s academic accomplishments such as a teacher, professor, faculty advisor, guidance counselor or principal.
